Initially, the DGINS conference was the predecessor of the Statistical Programme Committee (SPC) and the European Statistical System Committee (ESSC).
Today it represents an annual forum for discussions of strategic issues and current developments in the ESS.
The 102nd DGINS conference is organized and hosted by Statistics Austria together with Eurostat and held on 26 - 27 September 2016 in Vienna.
This year’s conference theme is “Statistics on income, consumption and wealth”.
The internal session on 26 September will be dedicated to the topic of “Managing a modern NSI in the 21st century”.
